Terms of Use.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Sideh (Pty) Ltd (registration number available on request from support@sidehcash.co.za) ("Sideh", "we", "us"). By creating an account, making a booking or offering services on sidehcash.co.za or the Sideh app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Sideh.

1. What Sideh is

Sideh is an online marketplace that connects people who need a service ("clients") with independent service providers ("providers"). Sideh does not perform the services and does not employ providers. The contract for a service is between the client and the provider. Sideh provides the platform, verifies providers, collects payment on the provider's behalf through its payment partner, and handles support and disputes as described in these Terms.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give true, current information.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. The same account can be used as a client and as a provider.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, the Community Rules or the law.

3. Bookings

• A booking request is made when the client pays. The provider has 4 hours to accept or decline. The booking is confirmed only once accepted (or immediately, for providers who use instant booking).
• When you choose a time, it is held for you for 10 minutes while you complete the booking.
• Prices are set by providers and shown in South African rand, including any VAT the provider must charge and any call-out fee. The client pays the total shown before paying.
• Clients must describe the job accurately and give the provider a safe place to work. Providers must do the work as described, on time and professionally.
• A 4-digit start code is given to the client. Giving it to the provider confirms the job started.

4. Payments

• All payments are made online through our payment partner, Yoco. Cash payments are not allowed. Payments made outside Sideh are not protected and may lead to suspension.
• Sideh receives the payment on the provider's behalf and keeps it until the job is done. The provider is paid according to the Payout Policy, less Sideh's commission or plan fees described in the Provider Agreement.
• Sideh never sees or stores your full card number.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA), including section 17 (cancellation of advance bookings), where it applies.

6. Conduct

Everyone must follow the Community Rules & Safety policy. In particular you may not arrange or accept payment outside Sideh, share contact details to avoid Sideh, harass or discriminate against anyone, post false reviews, offer illegal or unsafe services, or misuse anyone's personal information.

7. Reviews and content

You keep ownership of content you upload (photos, reviews, messages) and give Sideh a non-exclusive licence to show it on Sideh and in Sideh marketing. Reviews must be honest and about a real completed booking. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

8. Our responsibility

• Sideh verifies providers' identity and bank details before they go live, but does not guarantee the quality, safety or result of a provider's work.
• To the extent the law allows, Sideh is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by another user. Sideh's total liability for a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the CPA, or liability for Sideh's gross negligence or fraud.

9. Changes and ending the agreement

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes at least 14 days before they apply. You may close your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may end or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach.

10. Law, disputes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Problems with a booking are handled under the Complaints & Disputes procedure. Questions: support@sidehcash.co.za.
