Access to information (PAIA).

Under the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA) and POPIA you may request access to records Sideh holds, including your own personal information. Send requests to the Information Officer, available on request from support@sidehcash.co.za, at privacy@sidehcash.co.za.

Records Sideh holds

• Company records (incorporation documents, statutory registers)
• Financial and tax records
• Client and provider account, booking, payment and support records
• Provider verification records
• Agreements with operators and suppliers

How to request

Use the prescribed request form (Form 2 under PAIA, available from the Information Regulator's website) or email us with enough detail to identify the record. Requests for your own personal information are free. We respond within 30 days, as the Act requires. If a request is refused, you may complain to the Information Regulator.

Sideh will publish a full PAIA manual if it is required to; ask your attorney whether Sideh is exempt as a small private body.
