Payments are processed by Yoco, a PCI-DSS compliant South African payment provider. You pay on Yoco's secure page; Sideh never receives or stores your full card number.
Accepted methods: card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay where supported), Instant EFT and Sideh wallet credit. No cash.
Payments are in South African rand (ZAR). Sideh holds payments until the service is done, then releases them to the provider.
The whole site uses HTTPS. Bank account numbers are encrypted, ID documents are stored privately with short-lived links, and every staff login needs two-step verification.
