Payout Policy.

Earnings become Available 48 hours after you mark a job complete, or as soon as the client confirms it, provided there is no open dispute.
Every Friday, Sideh pays everything Available by Wednesday 12:00 to your bank account.
Amount: the booking price minus Sideh's commission (or 0% for free bookings and during promotions), plus 100% of tips, plus late-cancellation and no-show fees minus commission, minus any plan fees due.
Minimum payout: R100. Smaller balances roll over to the next Friday.
Bank account: must be in your name or your registered business's name and pass an automatic bank-account check. Changing bank details pauses payouts for 48 hours as a security check, and you are notified.
Failed payouts are retried the following Friday once your details are corrected.
Holds: Sideh may hold an amount linked to a dispute, suspected fraud or a chargeback until it is resolved.
Statements: your full earnings history is always available under Earnings.
