Delete your account.

How to ask

Email support@sidehcash.co.za from the email address or mobile number on your account with the subject "Delete my account", or ask in Help & support → Chat with Sideh. We confirm it is you, then close the account and tell you when it is done.

What happens

• Your profile, photos, saved addresses and chats are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
• Booking and payment records are kept for 5 years because tax and financial laws require it.
• Provider identity records are kept for up to 12 months to prevent fraud.
• Any Sideh wallet balance is refunded to you before the account closes.
• An account cannot be closed while a booking is in progress or a payout or dispute is open; we will tell you what needs to finish first.
