Community Rules & Safety.

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, discrimination or threats.
• Keep payments and contact on Sideh. No cash, and no sharing phone numbers or emails to move a booking off Sideh.
• Only honest reviews about real bookings. No fake accounts or paid reviews.
• No illegal, sexual or dangerous services, and no selling weapons, drugs or alcohol.
• Photos must be your own and must not show people or their homes without consent.
• Providers must have the skills, tools and any licences their work requires.

Reporting

Every booking and chat has a way to report a problem to Sideh Support. We review reports within 24 hours (safety reports immediately) and may warn, remove content, suspend or ban accounts.

Safety

If you are in danger, call 10111 (SAPS) or 112 from a mobile first, then tell Sideh Support. During an active booking, the Help page offers a safety button to share your visit with someone you trust. Providers can use "Get urgent help" on the job page.
